Getting Involved

ot of words but of acts and deeds."

Text Box: Freemasonry isn't just a group of men looking out for themselves, Masonic lodges all over the world are proud of the fact that we give more to charity than any other organization. Freemasons give 2.5 million dollars to charity every day of the year, with that money going to the Shrine Children’s Hospital and countless other charities.  Here is a list of projects we here at Phoenix are devoted to.

Giving Back

Text Box: Every year, Phoenix Lodge hosts a barbeque fundraiser at the lodge building.  We always have a large turnout from the community and usually the barbeque runs out several hours into it. It’s a good way of raising money and getting connected with the local community. Anyone and everyone is invited out to take part in this.

Annual Barbeque

Text Box: Every year around Christmas time our secretary Brother Bill Minecci lights up his block with an amazing show of Christmas lights. While doing this many donations are given by the public, which Brother Minneci unselfishly donates to the Shrine Paper Sale.

Christmas Lights

Text Box: After hearing about the path of destruction left behind from the storms and tornadoes that swept through Tennessee, Phoenix and Observance Lodges teamed up to host this Disaster Relief Dinner. There was a great turnout at the dinner plus all of the donations made by lodges across the state of Tennessee.
